At Dear Lady, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the policy below.

Return & Exchange Period

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Any request made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn.

• In its original condition and packaging.

• Returned with all original tags and accessories.

• Free from any damage, stains, scratches, or signs of use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product. We will review your request and guide you through the process.

Return Address

Once your return or exchange request is approved, Dear Lady will provide you with the return address and complete return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing times may vary.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
